I'm new to trying gummies/cbd/tch and these cbd were probably the best I could have started out with. I tried them after dinner/before bed and I had a good night's sleep. I had two each time.
Unfortunately I am going to have to part ways with my newly discovered gummies. I'm a transplant recipient and after I started using these, the level of my anti rejection meds went out of wack, so the two do not play nice together. My fault for not running this by my Dr. first but be careful if you are on this kind of medication.
