Sleep is a major issue for me, I was taking a prescription that I preferred not to be but dreaded weaning off of it. Without a hitch I weaned off the prescription and on to the gummies! They work so well, I take half of one about 45 minutes before bed and normally go to sleep fairly quickly. I keep a quarter of one by my bedside just in case I need it on a bad night and am back awake but I rarely need it. I absolutely love these gummies!
