It's really all in the title. These caps are fantastic for handling a hangover. I don't normally get obliterated, but I had a raucous evening at a hot springs. The combo of dehydration from lack of hydrating, and hydrating with vodka, left me in a bad place.
One of these, some water, and a hydration packet, and my 50 year old self was back in action.
